Founded by Dr. Ashish Chandra, former AI Partner at KPMG, GFF AI is introducing Enterprise Intelligence Engineering as a new discipline for enterprise transformation. Unlike traditional AI consulting firms, system integrators, hyperscalers or AI startups that address individual aspects of AI adoption, GFF AI brings together enterprise strategy, intelligent systems, sovereign AI infrastructure and responsible AI governance into a unified engineering model. This integrated approach enables organisations to build Enterprise Operating Intelligence, embedding intelligence into the core of business operations to create secure, scalable and future-ready enterprises.

To enable this transformation, GFF AI has built an integrated Enterprise Intelligence Engineering model anchored on four strategic pillars. At its core is the Enterprise Intelligence Platform, which establishes the foundation for enterprise-wide intelligence through AI Factories, Enterprise Knowledge Graphs, Memory Networks, Digital Twins, AI Centres of Excellence and Board AI Command Centres. Complementing this is its Agentic AI Systems capability, enabling organisations to deploy intelligent digital workforces powered by Private LLMs and Multi-Agent Enterprise Operating Systems that augment decision-making and automate complex business processes. The model is further strengthened by Sovereign AI Infrastructure, helping enterprises and governments build secure, scalable and sovereign AI environments through GPU infrastructure advisory, enterprise-grade AI architectures and sovereign AI platforms. Underpinning these capabilities is a strong focus on Responsible AI and Governance, integrating AI governance, responsible AI engineering and AI FinOps to ensure AI adoption remains secure, explainable, compliant and economically sustainable.

The company will initially focus on sectors including banking, insurance, mining, government, defence, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, telecommunications and higher education, where enterprise intelligence is expected to become a key driver of resilience, productivity and long-term competitiveness.

Commenting on the launch, Dr. Ashish Chandra, Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), GFF AI PTE. LTD said, “We are entering a defining era where enterprise competitiveness will no longer be determined by the adoption of AI alone, but by an organisation’s ability to engineer intelligence into every aspect of its business. The next wave of transformation is about moving beyond digital enterprises to AI-native enterprises, where intelligent systems, digital workforces and AI Factories become integral to how organisations operate, innovate and create value. At GFF AI, we are introducing Enterprise Intelligence Engineering as a new enterprise discipline that brings together strategy, intelligent systems, sovereign AI infrastructure and responsible AI governance into a unified operating model. Our vision is to help organisations build Enterprise Operating Intelligence that is secure, scalable and sustainable, enabling them not just to embrace AI, but to fundamentally redefine how their businesses will operate in the age of intelligence.”

Headquartered in Singapore, GFF AI aims to collaborate with enterprises, governments, hyperscalers and technology partners to accelerate responsible AI adoption across global markets. As part of its global growth strategy, the company will also engage with industry leaders and partners at GITEX Asia to advance conversations around Enterprise Intelligence Engineering, sovereign AI and the future of AI-native enterprises.
