The flexible building design leverages proven, prefabricated building blocks, including whitespace fit-outs like Vertiv™ SmartRun, housed within a Vertiv-provided steel shell. This design simplifies logistics, minimizes on-site labor and complexity, and supports consistent quality, cost, and schedule outcomes.
