Cashify has announced the appointment of Mr. Raghvendra Singh as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with the appointment effective from 1 January 2026. He previously held the position of Head of Engineering and occupied leadership roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Engineering at Cashify.

The appointment follows a period of strong momentum for Cashify, with the company expecting 30–35% growth in the year ahead, expanding into non-smartphone categories, and scaling its retail presence across 300+ planned stores. This elevation reflects Cashify’s continued investment in leadership depth and its commitment to building technology as a long-term competitive advantage.

In his expanded role, Raghvendra will lead Cashify’s overall technology strategy and execution, spanning platform architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and security. The appointment underscores the company’s focus on strengthening technology as a core enabler of scale, reliability, and long-term growth.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Mandeep Manocha, Co-founder & CEO, Cashify said, “As Cashify continues to scale recommerce operations across India, Raghvendra’s leadership becomes increasingly critical. He has played a central role in building the proprietary platforms, data-led pricing, and verification systems that power large-scale device reuse across India. As CTO, he will further strengthen our technology roadmap, ensuring our platforms continue to drive trust, efficiency, and sustainability across the entire device lifecycle.”

Raghvendra brings over a decade of experience at Cashify, having been closely involved in the evolution of its consumer-facing platforms and internal systems. His leadership has been central to building high-performing engineering teams and ensuring platform stability while supporting rapid business expansion.
