Coforge Limited, a global AI-native engineering services leader, has been recognized by HFS Research as a Non-Linear Leader in The HFS Non-Linearity Index (CY Q4 2025 and Q1 2026). HFS Research has analyzed more than 25 major service providers in this report.
In a two series point of view report (the first edition of the report was published in early 2026), this is the second report titled ‘The headcount era is fading as the pivot to Services-as-Software continues’; HFS argues that the industry’s long-standing reliance on linear growth was beginning to face meaningful pressure. Additionally, a trend has emerged that some providers are beginning to decouple value creation from workforce expansion.
Within this shift, HFS identified six providers that demonstrated sustained non-linear growth over the past four quarters. Coforge is one of six service providers identified by HFS Research as consistently driving non-linear growth over the last four quarters. The recognition reflects Coforge’s ability to increase value creation and operating leverage while increasingly decoupling growth from traditional headcount-led models.

Over the last four quarters, Coforge has been positioned twice in the Non-Linear Leaders quadrant of the HFS Non-Linearity Index, reflecting performance above the industry average on both year-on-year constant-currency revenue per full-time employee (FTE) and operating margin per FTE.
