The partnership is focused on scaling a new operating model for security – one that moves enterprises and managed security service providers (MSSPs) away from alert-heavy, reactive security operations toward automated, threat-informed, and outcome-driven defence. By operationalising CTEM as a continuous, closed-loop model, the collaboration aims to address one of the most persistent challenges in cybersecurity: translating detection into measurable risk reduction.
Gambit Cyber’s flagship KnightGuard platform addresses this gap by deploying a distributed mesh of AI agents that helps improve efficiencies while orchestrating remediations of exploitable exposures. Under the agreement, iValue will bring KnightGuard to market across its enterprise and partner ecosystem, accelerating adoption in India’s fastest-growing and most regulated sectors. The partnership also enables MSSPs to offer CTEM-as-a-Service, creating a scalable, recurring revenue model built around continuous exposure management rather than incident-based services.
This service-led approach allows MSSPs to standardise automation, improve remediation effectiveness across customers, and shift from labour-intensive monitoring models to outcome-driven, margin- resilient security services -a key advantage in a market facing talent shortages and rising operational costs.
