The acquisition, which includes SeedsAI’s founders Shubham Khatri & Vansh Miglani, reinforces GFPL’s commitment to building advanced technological capabilities across its ecosystem.
Post this acquisition by GFPL, InsuranceDekho intends to leverage SeedsAI’s expertise and infrastructure to enhance its technology architecture and explore next-generation AI-led solutions in the future. The focus will be on strengthening operational efficiency, optimizing distribution, improving underwriting and claims accuracy, and enhancing fraud detection and customer experience.
