Magellanic Cloud Ltd. has announced the elevation of Mr. Syed Ameeruddin, previously heading the company’s e-surveillance vertical, as the Chief Executive Officer of its e-surveillance business, comprising iVIS and Provigil Surveillance Limited, further strengthening its leadership structure to drive growth in the intelligent surveillance and infrastructure segment.
A veteran of nearly two decades with Magellanic Cloud, Mr. Ameeruddin’s journey reflects deep commitment and hands-on leadership across the organisation. Starting his career with the company as a Business Development Manager, he has grown through diverse roles spanning business development, operations, client engagement, and strategic execution across multiple subsidiaries. He has played a critical role in building strong client relationships, driving the sales pipeline, strengthening operational structures, and nurturing teams across businesses.
Over the years, he has also been instrumental in supporting Magellanic Cloud’s acquisition-led growth journey, helping integrate newly acquired businesses by understanding new domains, stabilising operations, and shaping long-term growth strategies. In recent months, he has played a pivotal role in securing key mandates across Railways, NHAI, and BFSI, contributing significantly to the company’s expanding order book and strengthening its position across critical infrastructure sectors.
