Ben Lee brings decades of C-suite and board-level experience leading technology organizations through market transformations, complex integrations, and periods of record-breaking growth. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Altera, where he led the company’s global revenue strategy following its separation from Intel. During his tenure, Altera delivered multiple quarters of revenue and operating margin growth, achieved record design wins, and rebuilt its global sales and technical support teams while re-establishing critical distributor and FPGA ecosystem partnerships worldwide.
As a Board Member at Pantherun, Ben will work closely with the leadership team to provide strategic guidance on global go-to-market execution, revenue scaling, and ecosystem partnerships. His role will include advising on market expansion strategies, strengthening enterprise and partner-led growth models, and supporting organizational scale as Pantherun transitions into its next phase of growth.
