Synology announced its inclusion in the 2026 Gartner Voice of the Customer for Backup and Data Protection Platforms report. Recognised as a strong performer, Synology received a 98% of “willingness to recommend” rating from IT leaders for its data protection solutions.

As of December 31, 2025, Synology has earned an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5.
