Vehere, a leader in AI-powered Cyber Network Intelligence, announced the appointment of Mr. Sunil Chandrasekhar, as the Senior Director of Engineering, a seasoned global cybersecurity engineering executive with more than 25 years of experience. Sunil brings deep expertise in building and scaling multi-geo R&D organizations and delivering large-scale, cloud-native cybersecurity platforms, which will be instrumental in supporting Vehere’s next phase of growth and innovation.
Sunil is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with nearly 15 years at McAfee and Skyhigh Security, where he led the development of large-scale, cloud-native security platforms spanning SIEM, NDR, CASB, SASE, Threat Analytics, and Data Protection, architected for global scale and high availability. He has also held key roles at NetWitness, IBM, BMC Software, and Wipro, further broadening his impact across security analytics and platform engineering, and in his current role continues to drive innovation in modern cloud and enterprise security.
Most recently, Sunil served as Head of India (COE) Software Engineering and Operations at NetWitness, where he led the India engineering organization’s strategy, execution, and operational governance. “Sunil brings a rare blend of deep cybersecurity expertise, strong engineering leadership, and the ability to scale globally distributed teams with precision,” said Mr. Vijay Gullapalli, Senior Vice President of Engineering at Vehere. “His track record of modernizing complex platforms, building high-performance engineering organizations, and delivering at scale makes him an exceptional leader.
